Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet Anti-spam service. Akismet was only included for anti-spam, not data collection. It is on a personal profile, non-commercial.

Above all else this is a safe space for Covid Safe / Covid Conscious / Covid Aware people. There will be no tolerance of any harassment of any member, Covid denialism, Covid shaming, Long Covid denialism, anti-vaccination rhetoric, mask shaming, or any other form of harassment.
By using this website you agree that you will not share data outside of this website, that includes (but is not limited to) screenshots, copy/paste, image captures of the screen from an external device and uploading them for any purpose outside of this group. Violating these terms will lead to a permanent ban from this site. You may also be subject to legal ramifications should you violate the privacy of members here on this site through actions intentional or unintentional.
No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.
Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.
Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.
